Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a liquid cyclone in which treated liquids of different treating performance and treating efficiency are easily changed.
CONSTITUTION: Since a treated liquid side orifice 82 and a discharged liquid side orifice 90 for determining a ratio of the lead quantity of treated liquid led out from a vortex chamber 36 to the discharged quantity of discharged liquid discharged from the vortex chamber 36 are attachably and detachably installed in an output port 40 and a discharge port 42 respectively, treating performance is easily changed, and also the discharged quantity of the discharged liquid at that time is made an optimum quantity suitable for foreign matter removal performance, thereby high treating efficiency is obtained. Even for treated liquids of different treating performance and treating efficiently, by replacing the treated liquid side orifice 82 and the discharged liquid side orifice 90 only, the situation is coped with. As a result, the replacement of a cyclone body and the change of piping are not required, and the relative large space and control for keeping the cyclone bodies of plural kinds are not required.
