Abstract:
To provide a liquid detergent composition for kitchens which is hardly skin-irritating and exhibits excellent deterging power and foaming power against stubborn stains such as oil stains.
The liquid detergent composition for kitchens comprises an acylated peptide represented by general formula (I) as a component A and a fatty acid acyl-L-glutamate salt represented by general formula (II) as a component B each in an amount of 0.5-10 mass% based on the total amount of the detergent composition. Preferably, the detergent composition further comprises an alkyl glycoside and a betaine amphoteric surfactant.
