Title:
LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE, HEAD UNIT, AND LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE CONTROL METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015164779
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which can stabilize the discharge of droplets by enhancing the waveform accuracy of a driving signal for driving a piezoelectric element to discharge the droplets, even if the driving signal has a high frequency.SOLUTION: A drive circuit including transistors M3 and M4 and a low-pass filter generates a drive signal for driving a piezoelectric element, by a D-class amplification. The transistor M3 (M4) has a drain pad 72D on one face of a die 70 and a gate pad 72G and a source pad 72S on the other face. A grip 74 having conductivity is electrically connected on one face of the die 70 with the drain pad 72D, and a portion of the grip 74 is connected with a terminal 93 of a printed circuit board 90. The gate pad 72G and the source pad 72D are respectively connected with a terminal 91 and a terminal 92.
