Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a liquid material from remaining in the nozzle, and prevent liquid drooling or stringing from generating for a liquid discharge device.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid push-out device 16 to feed a discharge quantity for one time of a liquid material 6 is connected to the side surface of a discharge head 2 with a nozzle 7 at the lower end, and a gas pressurefeeding device 19 to feed a pressurized gas is connected to the upper surface of the discharge head 2. After the liquid material 6 is discharged from the nozzle 7 by the liquid push-out device 16, a pressured gas is fed in the discharge head 2 to forcibly drain from the nozzle 7 the liquid material 6 which remains in the nozzle 7.
