A first common liquid chamber member 7 and a second common liquid chamber member 5 form a common liquid chamber 10. A filter member 6 is arranged between the common liquid chamber member 7 and the second common liquid chamber member 5. The filter member 6 includes a first filter plate 61 and a second filter plate 62 that are retained one over the other with a narrower gap 63 than a nozzle diameter therebetween. The first filter plate 61 and the second filter plate 62 respectively have a plurality of through holes 61a and a plurality of through holes 62a, which are larger than the nozzle diameter, formed therein.
