Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid dispenser which can recover and degas the liquid stored in a gun receiver in a serviceable condition so that it can be filled in a liquid reservoir together with the regular liquid.
SOLUTION: A liquid feed pipe 5 connected to a filling gun 1 comprises a primary liquid feed pipe 5A which connects a liquid tank 6 to the filling gun 1 and has a primary liquid pump 8A and a secondary liquid feed pipe 5B which connects a degassing liquid tank 7 to the filling gun 1 and has a secondary liquid pump 8B, the degassing liquid tank 7 is connected to the gun receiver 21 via a liquid recovering pipe 41 for returning the liquid stored in the gun receiver 21 to the degassing liquid tank 7, the degassing liquid tank 7 is connected to a vacuum pipe 25 via a degassing pipe 33, the liquid stored in the gun receiver is returned to the degassing liquid tank 7, and the generated negative pressure in a vacuum pump 26 is introduced through the degassing pipe 33 to degas the liquid in the degassing liquid tank 7.
