PURPOSE: To completely remove a treating liquid even if objects to be treated have bent holes, etc., by rotating a bucket at a low speed around an inclined axis and repeating the rising and falling actions of the objects to be treated within this bucket.

CONSTITUTION: After the bucket 36 is pulled upward out of the treating liquid 38, a motor 15 with a brake is driven to move a moving plate 5 and to incline a supporting frame 6 and a spindle 18. The objects to be treated in the bucket 36 rotate and move upward together with the bucket 36 when a driving motor 33 is rotated at a low speed in this state. The objects are then dropped by gravity. The postures of the objects to be treated are changed and the treating liquid 38 remaining in the bent holes is discharged when such actions are repeated. The bucket 36 is thereafter returned in a vertical direction and is rotated at a high speed.
