Abstract:
To provide a liquid droplet discharge device suitably used in a process for manufacturing a device such that an aromatic organic solvent, is used in ink, for example, a process for forming the organic emission layer of an organic EL device.
In the liquid droplet discharge device equipped with a head for discharging the ink containing the aromatic organic solvent, a material tank housing the ink, and a differential pressure valve for controlling the flow of the ink from the material tank to the head, at least the surface coming into contact with the ink of the differential pressure valve is constituted of a fluoroelastomer.
