The mouth portion 3 includes: a spherical portion 5; and a liquid feed member 4 which includes a linear body whose maximum external diameter at a portion facing the spherical body 5 is smaller than the diameter of the spherical body 5, and which has a support portion placed at its distal end and supporting the spherical body 5, and a channel which is formed along the longitudinal direction of the linear body and through which the liquid Q passes. The liquid Q passing through the channel falls along the surface 51 of the spherical body 5, and is dripped at a position vertically lower part of the surface 51.
