To close the end of a stem hole during the coupling of an actuation member and to engage a push-down head with a nozzle with the upper part of a stem surely in a liquid ejecting device in which a cylinder is hung down from an installation cylinder to be engaged with a container body mouth-neck part, an actuation member in which a push-down head with a nozzle is engaged with the upper end of a stem with a cylindrical piston from the inside of the cylinder is energized upward and erected, and the actuation member is pushed down to be coupled with a cylindrical member which is engaged with the upper end of the cylinder.
