Abstract:
To prevent the liquid ejection performance from lowering due to a residual bubble standing in the vicinity of a regulating part.
A cantilever movable member 11 and a stopper 12 for regulating displacement of the movable member 11 are provided in a channel 3 wherein the clearance between the sidewall of the channel 3 and the side edge part of the movable member 11 is larger than the clearance between the sidewall and the side edge part of the stopper 12. Since ink flows through the clearance between the sidewall and the stopper 12 at the time of refilling ink, a bubble 50 standing in the vicinity of the stopper 12 is washed away by the ink flow and discharged from an ejection port 4 to the outside.
