Abstract:

To provide a liquid ejector for ink jet printer and a manufacturing method thereof in which fine pitch and multinozzle can be realized easily while preventing positional shift of members at the time of assembling.

In the liquid ejector, the barrier wall 5 of ink channel comprising a liquid jet opening 2, a liquid ejection opening 3 and a liquid storage part 4 is formed of a metal layer accurately by electroforming on a single crystal. Consequently, a liquid ejector for ink jet printer in which fine pitch and multinozzle can be realized easily is obtained while enhancing reproducibility of liquid ejection characteristics. In the liquid ejector, positional shift of members can be prevented at the time of assembling.
