Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate liquid such as cutting oil adhering during machining from a material to be machined, in which machining such as cutting or grinding is carried out, by using compressed gas.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid eliminating device consists of a liquid eliminating member 1 provided with a through hole 3, through which a material to be machined is passed, an injection hole 2, from which gas is injected while compressed, and a discharge hole 4, from which gas is discharged, and a mounting member 5 provided with an injecting opening 6 and a discharging opening 7 for compressed air, and the liquid eliminating member 1 is fitted in the mounting member 5.
