PURPOSE: To prevent rise of the internal pressure caused by the bubble cock phenomenon by furnishing a jetting device to jet out a pressurized air directly to the downstream in a liquid exhausting pipe installed horizontally, and providing a suction part in the jetting device.
CONSTITUTION: A jetting device 4 is equipped with a suction part 5 provided externally on a liquid exhausting pipe 2 installed horizontally and a jet pipe 6 arranged so that the nozzle end 6a is facing the downstream for inside the pipe 2. A pressure sensing chamber is provided in an appropriate place upstream the nozzle end 6a, and a pressure sensor is mounted in the chamber, and when the pressure has attained the preset failure boosted level, an automatic controller 11 to actuate the jetting device 4 is put in connection electrically. The controller 11 judges a failure pressure boosting and actuates the device 4 automatically to send the pressurized air along the exhaust liquid flow P into the pipe 2, and an intrusive force acts on the bubble cock part downstream the nozzle end 6a while a draw-in force acts on the upstream bubble cock part, and these are expelled to a basin. Thus all bubble cock phenomena in the liquid exhaust pipe 2 are eliminated.
