Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which coating amount of raw material is different in the vicinity of a belt center and vicinity of starting end point and becomes ununiform, because arm speed is lowered in the vicinity of each starting point of reciprocating paths and nozzle locus is overlapped in reciprocating in reciprocating motion of liquid-feeding arm of a vacuum belt drier for dispersing and feeding a raw material by reciprocating and oscillating the liquid feeding arm while dropping and feeding the raw material from a liquid feed nozzle of reversed and oscillated liquid feeding arm arranged above the endless carrying belt carrying at a definite rate in a vacuum container.
SOLUTION: In reciprocation and oscillation of a liquid feed arm, the arm is outwardly moved at high and constant speed Vb from an outward passage starting point Pa to right intermediate part Pc and outwardly moved at decreased rate therefrom to the vicinity of a belt center part Pm and outwardly moved at a low and constant rate Vc therefrom to left intermediate part Pd and outwardly moved therefrom at high and constant rate Vb and moved at decreased rate in the vicinity of outward passage final point Pb and reversed at final point Pb and the above motions are repeated in return path. The vacuum belt drier is equipped with a sensor for detecting the position for detecting arrival of the liquid feed arm to right and left intermediate parts Pc and Pd and when the position of the arm is detected, an arm oscillation rate controlling signal is output.
