PURPOSE: To eliminate need for each spacer for filling contents to facilitate filling of contents by accommodating desired contents only by filling and adjusting height of a lifter and a liquid reservoir by means of an elevating mechanism of the liquid reservoir when setting of contents in a container is to be changed.

CONSTITUTION: When a container mounted on a lifter 42 is raised, a mouth of the container is brought into contact with a packing 52 of a container seal ring 53 and also lower ends of a vent tube 60 and a main liquid nozzle 70 are inserted into the container. When a two-way lever 91 of a driving mechanism 90 is used to raise a filling valve 80 to open a lift valve 82, pressed gas in a liquid reservoir 40 enters the container though a gas passage 43 and also fills a gas chamber 46 through a connection groove 70b. Gas pressure in the gas chamber 46 raises the main liquid nozzle 70 against a spring 71 to have a liquid valve 45 opened. As a result, liquid charged in the liquid reservoir 40 is put into the container from a liquid passage 44. On the other hand, the gas in the container returns to as gas phase part of the liquid reservoir 40 through the gas passage 43 of the vent tube 60.
