PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of a bad smell or white smoke from the unburned fuel after the supply of fuel oil is stopped by providing a metallic net of a proper mesh between a cone and a shake-off plate.

CONSTITUTION: Metallic net 3 is provided between cone 2 and shake-off plate 4. Liquid fuel, which moves shake-off plate 4 by the action of the wires forming the lattice of metallic net 3, is dispersed greatly. By this, it is possible to maintain combustion normal without pulsating even if a special device designed to prevent the pulsation produced by electromagnetic pump 19 or oil supply pipe 1 is not used. Further, since a metallic net is used, oil is shook off more effectively compared with the system using a foamed metal or porous body, and thus the leakage of the unburned fuel or the occurrence of a bad smell at the time of extinguishing the fire are minimized.
