PURPOSE: To perform positively and easily the ascent and descent of the wick by setting the rotational ratio between a clutch disc and a clutch cover to a predetermined value, a positively performing the engagement and disengagement of both members.
CONSTITUTION: A clutch disc 31 provided rotatably with a clutch 33 is fitted to the inner side of a first driven gear 27 arranged concentrically on a rotating shaft 18 whcih moves a wick 15 upward and downward, and a clutch cover 35 is fitted to the inner side of a second driven gear 28. The rotational ratio between the clutch 33 of the clutch disc 31, which is formed unitarily with the first driven gear 27, and the clutch cover 35 unitarily formed with the second driven gear 28, is set to 2:1. Accordingly, since the engagement of the clutch 33 with a clutch cam 41 can be performed at constantly at a predetermined position, the ascent of the wick is stabilized and the engegement between the clutch 33 and the clutch cam 41 is not released.
