Abstract:
To provide a liquid fuel reformer and an internal combustion engine capable of improving fuel consumption and cleaning exhaust gas and a flow passage by bringing a fuel into almost completely combustible conditions while easily reforming the liquid fuel.
Ceramics 11, 11 formed by incorporating and firing a useful microorganism group and/or its fermentable material are arranged between each N-pole N and each S-pole S of permanent magnets 10, 10,... and stored in connectors 5, 5 having joint holes 7, 7 to be connected to an outer cylinder 2 and a liquid fuel system.
