A fuel tank 6 and an exhaust fuel tank 8 are arranged at upper and lower side of the cell stack 4 respectively, and holes 16, 18 communicating with air supplying holes 12 of the cell stack 4 are arranged. The tank 6 and the fuel electrode of an MEA, and the air electrode and the tank 8 are connected by capillary tubes respectively.
