Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a means for detecting if a liquid is ejected or not by a variation of pressure of the ejecting liquid.
CONSTITUTION: This means is provided with a liquid opening/closing mechanism such as a solenoid valve 5 for controlling ejection and stop of the liquid, an ejection port 9 such as a nozzle 7 for ejecting the liquid from tips of small holes and a pressure sensor 11 for detecting the pressure of the liquid just before ejection in the output part of the liquid opening/closing mechanism, and a state of ejection of the liquid is detected from a variation of pressure of the liquid in an output part of the liquid opening/closing mechanism in timing in the ejection state and timing in the non-ejection state.
