Abstract:
To suppress occurrence of cracks in a piezoelectric layer.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a pressure chamber storing liquid; a diaphragm constituting a wall surface of the pressure chamber; and a piezoelectric device vibrating the diaphragm. The piezoelectric device comprises: a first electrode; a piezoelectric layer; a second electrode; first wiring electrically connected to the second electrode; and an insulation layer, and includes: a first lamination region where the first electrode, the piezoelectric layer and the second electrode are laminated in this order; and a second lamination region positioned at a first end side of the piezoelectric layer, where the first electrode, the piezoelectric layer, the insulation layer and the first wiring are laminated in this order. A first pressure chamber end portion where a wall surface at the first end side of the piezoelectric layer in the pressure chamber and the diaphragm intersect with each other overlaps with the second lamination region in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
