Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head chip, a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device which suppress corrosion of electrode caused by liquid such as ink to be capable of improving reliability.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head chip 40A, 40B comprises: an actuator plate 51 in which a plurality of channels 54, 55 extending in the Z direction are alternatively parallely arranged at intervals in the X direction; a cover plate 52 which is laminated on the Y direction inner side surface 51f1 of the actuator plate to block the channels 54, 55; electrodes 61, 63 which are respectively formed inside of the channels 54, 55; and a connection wiring 60 which connects the common electrode 61 with a flexible substrate 45 in the cover plate 52. A penetration hole 85 which passes through itself in the Y direction is formed and arranged in a place other than an ink flow channel in the cover plate 52. The connection wiring 60 connects the common electrode 61 with the flexible substrate 45 through the penetration hole 85.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
