In the liquid ink eraser composition of a white inorganic powder dispersion having white inorganic powder, a film-forming polymeric dispersing agent and a non-water-soluble organic solvent as the essential components, water is further incorporated thereinto by the use of an emulsifying agent to form a water-in-oil type emulsification state, i.e., a state in which water is dispersed and present as fine droplets in a medium of the non-water-soluble organic solvent.
