Abstract:
To certainly prevent the adhesion of foreign substance such as paper powder and dust on an inkjet recording head.
A conductive brush 22 is installed in the upstream side of the inkjet recording head 16 so that the tip may touch a recording paper P. The conductive brush 22 and a nozzle plate 16a are connected to a same potential forming means 20. Thereby, the recording paper P and the nozzle plate 16a become a ground(0) potential, and the condition (non-electric field condition) that an electric field is not formed is formed between them. Thereby, a coulomb force is not given to the paper dust, etc. in a recording area. and then the flying and adhesion of the paper powder, etc. to the side of the nozzle plate 16a is prevented.
