Title:
LIQUID LEVEL CONTROL METHOD FOR TANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05181540
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To hold the liquid level in the tank at a target value at all times by correcting a mean outflow rate with a correction value found by fuzzy inference. CONSTITUTION:A reference part 22 sets the target liquid level to which the storage tank 2 should be controlled from inflow data and outflow data on cleaning liquid to the storage tank 2. A fuzzy inference part 23 inputs data from a flowmeter 11 and filter pressure difference data from a manometer 12 and finds the correction value for the outflow of the cleaning liquid by fuzzy inference according to the target liquid level as an origin. An addition part 24 corrects the reference mean outflow selected by the reference part 22 with the outflow correction value found by the fuzzy inference part 23. A smoothing part 25 outputs the outflow signal to a flow rate control value 4 after smoothing so that the difference between the outflow found by the addition part 24 and the last found outflow enters a permissible range if there is the difference. Thus, the outflow is corrected with the correction value found by the fuzzy inference, so the liquid level control can accurately be performed.
