Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level control system which facilitates output adjustment of a water level sensor and provides highly accurate liquid level control.SOLUTION: Each sensed value from a water level sensor 9 corresponding to lower and upper water level limits and liquid ratios corresponding to those reference liquid levels are stored in storage means 42. A specific sensed value from the water level sensor 9 corresponding to a target water level of a water tank 1 is sent to sensing means 41, stored in the storage means 42, and sent to arithmetic means 43 to compute a liquid ratio in correlation with the upper and lower water level limits. The computed liquid ratio corresponding to the specific sensed value is comparatively discriminated by discrimination means 44 on the basis of each of reference water levels and a water level control algorithm. A controller 46 sends control signals via setup means 45 to an electromagnetic valve 4 and every component of a water pump 7 to control retention and supply of the water in the water tank 1.
