Abstract:

PURPOSE: To precisely set a pressure by connecting an output end of a conduit line to an air discharge conduit line installed in a tank and grasping a liquid level in the tank as back pressure to an air pump, and controlling the pump for supplying a liquid to the tank or discharging a liquid from the tank.

CONSTITUTION: When a pressure is applied through a diaphragm 3, a plunger 8 turns clockwise a first lever 4 against control springs 9, 9A, and when it reaches dead point of an interlocking spring 7, a second lever 5 turns counterclockwise quickly, the tip of a movable contact plate 10 is depressed, and a movable contact 11 is separated from a fixed contact 13. An initial position of the second lever is determined by a cam 14 for coming into contact with its back, therefore, when a control gear 17 is turned, it is decelerated very minutely by the gear, and also, while reading a scale by a pointer 18, a liquid level can be set exactly. That is, since it is set by operating pressure=operating liquid level, two sets of pumps can be subjected to operation stop independently at an optimal liquid level. In this regard, two pieces of pressure reaction units 41, 41' are the same.
