A liquid level sensor 1 includes: a liquid level detection part 2 for outputting electric quantity based on capacitance between paired electrodes for liquid level 20a, and (20bL, 20bR) as a liquid level output signal Cs; a gas phase detection part 3 arranged on an upper side than the liquid level detection part 2 and outputting electric quantity based on a capacitance between paired electrodes for gas phase 30a and 30b as a gas phase output signal Crg; a liquid phase detection part 4 arranged on a lower side than the liquid level detection part 2 and outputting electric quantity based on a capacitance between paired electrodes for liquid phase 40a and 40b as a liquid phase output signal Crl; a wiring part 5; and a control part 6 having a calculation part 60 for calculating a correction value by correcting the liquid level output signal Cs with the gas phase output signal Crg and the liquid phase output signal Crl, and detecting a liquid level F3 in the liquid level detection part 2 based on the correction value.
