Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy and to simplify facilities by using the measurement controller of a closed loop to make a flow velocity variable, and performing a fuzzy control based on an actually measured value and an arbitrary measurement set value with the use of a positive displacement flow meter. CONSTITUTION:A measurement control device 3 makes variable the valve opening degree of opening regulating valves 7 and 17, performs the closed loop control to change the flow velocity, for the initial opening of the opening regulating valves 7 and 17, the transition of the valve open degree thereafter is performed by the fuzzy control based on the actually measure value and the measurement set value by using the flowrate characteristic of the valve and the measurement set value, which is set arbitrarily. Further, the flowrate received by an echo sounder receiver is measured by positive displacement flow meters 41 and 42 arranged at piping to a receiving container, the measurement controller 3 controls the opening regulating valves 7 and 17, while taking into consideration the minimum secured flowrate and maximum secured flowrate of the positive displacement flow meters 41 and 42.
