Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the precision of quality control and to easily change the mixing ratios by strictly monitoring the flow rate, etc., in a continuous liquid mixing device.
CONSTITUTION: The values measured by load cells 11a, 11b which are weighing equipment for feed liquid tanks 10a, 10b are compared with the integrated values measured by mass flowmeter Ba, Bb. If the resulting difference is larger than a prescribed value, the feed liquid mixing quantity is judged abnormal to raise an alarm. And the sum of values measured by mass flowmeters A, Ba, Bb is compared with the value of a mass flowmeter C for measuring the total mass after mixing in a mixer 6 (static mixer). Consequently the flow rate of the feed liquid, such as spice and pigment to mixed liquid (sugar water) is monitored to detect the generation of abnormality at an early stage. And further the set ratios of the feed liquid is changed.
