Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply fluid at a predetermined mixing ratio by arranging a flow meter for a mixed fluid and a pressure detecting mechanism behind a confluent part for mixing each of different types of fluid and controlling an adjusting gauge installed on each of the flow paths based on output signals from the flow meter and the pressure detecting mechanism, in a device for mixing and supplying plural different types of fluid at a specified mixing ratio.
SOLUTION: Manual valves 14, 14b are opened and a manual valve 11 is closed, and in this state, shut-off valves are opened. Then a calculator 8 sends a signal for the lower limits of a pressure switch 5 to adjusting gauges 3, 3b to open automatic valves 2, 2b fully. In this case, a flow meter 4 detects a flow rate and is actuated by a flow signal and an adding signal. Next, the manual valve 11 is opened to start running a fluid, and an appropriate signal for a flow rate detected by the flow meter is connected to the calculator 8 with an output signal from the pressure switch 5. In case the pressure of a mixed flow path 10 is lower than the lower limits value of the pressure switch 5, a signal obtained by adding a constant signal to a signal from the flow meter 4 is connected to the adjusting gauge 3, and the flow rate is increased by the increment of the signal.
