Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage container wherein a lid can be easily opened/closed and it is not necessary to place the opened lid anywhere.
SOLUTION: The liquid pour container comprises a container body 1 with a neck 3 standing, a pour-out cap 10 having a nozzle 14 and engaging protrusions 12 attached to an upper portion of both right and left sides of a mounting cylinder 11, and the lid 20 having a peripheral wall 22 hanging down from a periphery of a top wall 21 which closes an upper surface of the nozzle 14 to cause a lower end of the peripheral wall to be detachably fitted over an upper part of the mounting cylinder 11 and having sliding plates 23 hanging down from the lower end of the peripheral wall part above the engaging protrusions 12 to cause the protrusions 12 to be slidably fitted into an upper part of elongated holes 24 bored on both sliding plates. The lid 20 is drawn up toward the pour-out cap 10 until the lower surface of the protrusion 12 comes into contact with a lower end of the elongated hole 24, and rotation with both protrusions 12 as the center allows the lid 20 to move outward from a side of the pour-out cap 10 to be opened.
