CONSTITUTION: In a liquid preparing apparatus wherein a liquid becoming a raw material is sucked in a cylinder 121 from a raw material storage part 110 by a piston 120 and pressurized by the piston 120 to be extruded to a liquid preparing tank 306 from a discharge nozzle 151, a prescribed amount of the raw material is discharged under the control of a computer and, thereafter, the tip part 152 of the discharge nozzle is rapidly closed by a discharge nozzle lid 153 to prevent the dripping of the raw material remaining in the discharge nozzle 151 to the outside and the drying thereof.
