To provide a liquid printing ink which is excellent in adhesive property to various kinds of packaging materials, and screening property, and is also excellent in printing performances such as, a plate fogging aptitude, stripe shaped dirt aptitude, highlight transition resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid printing ink comprising: a binder resin; an organic solvent; and titanium oxide particles covered with oxide. The oxide includes at least, silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, and a plate abrasion loss measured by a following measurement method using the liquid printing ink, is 15 mg or smaller. The measurement method is configured to prepare, a chromium plated plate whose diameter is 105 mm, and measure weight of the plate before rotation, then, put the liquid printing ink into a container and set a doctor and the plate, then acquire a value obtained by subtracting, weight of the plate after rotating the plate for 1 hour at 1850 revolutions per minute, from weight of the plate before rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
