In the liquid product manufacturing system which is provided with a liquid mixer having a liquid flow regulator and mixes a plurality of kinds of liquids by the liquid mixer to manufacture a liquid product, a concentration range of a liquid required for achieving the concentration of the liquid product is defined, and initial flow values of the plurality of kinds of liquids are determined on the basis of a concentration of the liquid set within the concentration range, and the flow regulator is controlled on the basis of the initial flow values to drive the liquid mixer.
