PURPOSE: To restrict the insertion depth of a nozzle into a liquid to a min. required depth by providing a means for controlling the insertion depth of the nozzle between a mechanism for controlling the weight of a vessel contg. the liquid and a mechanism for driving the nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: The total weight of a liquid 1 and a vessel 2 is measured by a mechanism 9 for measuring weight and the weight of the liquid 1 is determined by a mechanism 10 arithmetic control. The depth of the liquid 1 is determined from the specific gravity of the liquid 1 and the shape of the vessel 2 inputted preliminarily to the mechanism 10 from the weight of the liquid 1 and the extent of the movement of a nozzle 4 is calculated. The nozzle 4 is then moved downward by as much as the extent of the movement thereof. The liquid 1 is sucked into the nozzle 4 by a mechanism 5 for sucking and discharging the liquid. The nozzle 4 is moved above a reaction vessel 3 by a mechanism 6 for driving the nozzle by the instruction from the mechanism 10 after the suction and the liquid 1 is discharged by the mechanism 5.
