Therefore, a liquid sealed space S between a elastic element 3 and the diaphragm 4 is roughly divided into a first liquid chamber S1, and a second liquid chamber S2. A window portion 62a as an orifice is opened on the cylindrical portion 62, and a small hole 63a as an orifice is opened on the agitating flange 63, thereby providing a damping/vibration absorbing function to vibration displacement inputting to the damped portion 6, in addition to an original function preventing excessive tensile deformation of an elastic element 3 at rebounding.
