PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed type vibration-proof device capable of restricting a variation of sectional area of a communication passage when an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder are relatively displaced in a direction perpendicular to an axis becoming a direction crossing at a right angle with a line connecting the communication passage with an axis of the inner cylinder.SOLUTION: A partitioning body 52 comprises a partitioning base part 57 having one side connected to an outer surface of an inner cylinder 10; and a seal part 54 that is protruded from the other side of the partitioning base part 57, having a thickness size smaller than that of the partitioning base part 57, and closely contacted with the inner surface of the outer cylinder 20, a part of the protruding extremity end of the seal part 54 in a peripheral direction is recessed with a recess part 54a, and a communication passage 71 is formed between the recess part 54a and the inner surface of the outer cylinder 20, so that when the inner cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder 20 are relatively displaced in a direction perpendicular to an axis becoming a direction crossing at a right angle with a line connecting the communication passage 71 with an axis of the inner cylinder 10, the seal part 54 is hardly moved away from the inner surface of the outer cylinder 20 and it is possible to restrict variation of sectional area at the communication passage 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
