Abstract:
The invention relates to a liquid separator arrangement for a liquid injected compressor. The separator arrangement is housed in a housing (3) and includes two end-walls (7, 8), an inner tubular coarse separator (9) and an outer tubular fine separator (10), said separators being spaced apart so as to define a free space (11) therebetween. One end-wall (7) includes an opening (6) which connects the inner tubular area of the coarse separator (9) with an outlet passageway (5) for compressed gas leaving the compressor (1). The coarse separator (9) and the fine separator (10) are made of a material which is permeable to gas and oil.
