Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid soup stock extraction device for a cup food product capable of making a taste of a cup food product tasty.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid soup stock supply device for a cup food product for supplying a liquid soup stock to inside of a cup food product at a store such as a convenience store. The liquid soup stock supply device for a cup food product comprises: a hot water tank part 11 for storing hot water therein; a liquid soup stock extraction part 12 for extracting a liquid soup stock from the hot water supplied from the hot water tank part 11 and a powder soup stock material; a liquid soup stock tank part 13 for storing the liquid soup stock therein; a liquid soup stock discharge part 14 for discharging or stopping discharge of the liquid soup stock; a cup mount part 15 on which a cup food product selected by a customer is mounted in a state in which an upper part of the cup food product is opened; and an operation part 16 for operating discharging or stopping of discharge of the liquid soup stock of the liquid soup stock discharge part 14. By discharging the liquid soup stock from the liquid soup stock discharge part 14 by operating the operation part 16 by a store staff or a customer, the liquid soup stock is supplied to inside of the cup food product mounted on the cup mount part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
