Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize the liquid supply controller and to facilitate maintenance inspection and liquid level control.
CONSTITUTION: A casing 31 is fixed to a tank 21 by a nut 23, and a pilot valve mechanism 34 pivotally supporting the supporting point of a lever bar 36 to a main body 35 is fixed onto the side wall of the casing 31 by a nut 39. A packing 37 provided at the operating point of the lever bar 36 is arranged so as to open/close a nozzle port 35c. A rod 41 fixed at one end of a lever 40 is idly fitted at a hole 36a provided at the power point of the handle bar 36, and a rod 42 is suspended at the other end. A float 46 is fixed to the lower end of the rod 42 by a screw 47 so as to freely adjust its position. At a guide part 31a of the casing 31, a holder 44 for holding the rod 42 to be freely vertically movable is fitted to the upper part, and a guide cylinder 45 internally provided with the float 46 is screwed to the lower part. The maintenance inspection is performed by detaching the cap 32 and the holder 44, and the position of the float 46 is adjusted by taking out the float 46.
