Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control periodical variation of a supply passage.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 104 detects pressure in a first supply passage 50 and a second supply passage 60. When a first pump 100 and a second pump 102 are driven by a control part 400, detected pressure change is acquired by the pressure sensor 104. The first pump 100 and the second pump 102 are driven and controlled by the control part 400 so that phase difference of pressure change when the first pump 100 and the second pump 102 are driven becomes predetermined phase difference on the basis of the phase of the pressure change acquired in respective first pump 100 and the second pump 102.
