Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-passage device capable of suppressing admixture of bubbles and a liquid injection method for the micro-passage device.SOLUTION: A flow cell 1 includes a supply part 3 consisting of a concave part formed in the upper surface of a tabular body 2 nearly rectangular in the plane view and a passage 4 which is formed inside the body 2 and connected to the vicinity of the bottom part of the support part 3 at its one end. The inner diameter of the supply part 3 is greater than the outer diameter of droplets of a liquid discharged from a pipette 400.
