PURPOSE: To permit to discharge and supply the liquid in proportion to the rotation of the rotary body by a method wherein a rotary frame, provided with a plurality of pushing rollers at the outer periphery thereof, is driven by a driving shaft to discharge and supply the liquid while crushing a supplying tube sequentially by the pushing rollers.

CONSTITUTION: When a rotary head 3 is rotated to effect the forming work of an interlocking armor, the driving shaft 61 is also rotated with a rotating number proportional to the same of the rotary head 3. Accordingly, the rotary frame 71 of the liquid supplying device 7 is also rotated. When the rotary frame 71 is rotated, the pushing rollers 72 thereon contact with the outer peripheral surface of the supplying tube 73 and the rollers themselves advance into the rotating direction thereof under crushing the tube by the cooperation of a backing member 74. According to this method, the liquid A, sent from a liquid tank 8 and existing in the supply tube 73, is pushed out toward a liquid coating device 9. On the other hand, the amount of liquid A, pushed out of the tube, may be proportional to the rotating number of the rotary frame 71 or the rotating number of the operation of this rotary equipment.
