Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carryout an easy and effective refrigeration of each of heat exchangers inexpensively and with a compact structure in a liquifying refrigerator having liquid helium and the like serving as refrigerant.
CONSTITUTION: Each of heat exchangers 5a to 5f through which a high pressure line 3 and a low pressure line 4 are passed is enclosed by a first refrigeration box 2. In addition, only the heat exchangers 5c to 5f at the low temperature of the heat exchangers are enclosed by a second refrigeration box 16, and then a thermal insulation material 18 is arranged at the outer surface of the second refrigeration box 16.
