Abstract:
A lithium bromide chiller-heater / heat pump unit comprises an evaporator, a condenser, an absorber, an additional water heater and a low-temperature generator. Tube sheets (2) and heat exchange tubes (1) are arranged in all of the above devices. The heat exchange tubes (1) are inserted into holes (21) of the tube sheet (2). The heat exchange tubes (1) is made of titanium. Silicon oil (3) are coated at inner surfaces of the holes (21) of the tube sheet (2) and/or outer surfaces of tube ends of the titanium heat exchange tubes (1). The invention also provides a plurality of lithium bromide chiller-heater / heat pump units and a pipe expansion method. The lithium bromide chiller-heater / heat pump units have favorable corrosion resistance, are light in weight and material-saving, significantly reducing a resistance coefficient of pipe expansion, and providing favorably sealing performance.
