To provide a lithium ion conductive gel electrolyte with high lithium ion conductivity at low temperatures.

A lithiated monomer having a polymerizable functional group is used. The concentration of lithium ions in a system is increased without increasing the viscosity of the system and high ionic conductivity can be realized. Moreover, by the simultaneous existence of salt monomers having ionic interaction and lithiated monomers having the polymerizable functional groups in the system, since the dissociation of the lithium ions from the lithiated monomers is accelerated, ionic conductivity is effectively increased.
