Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of a current collector foil and an active material layer, and to suppress battery capacity decrease.
SOLUTION: A negative sheet 1 constructed by forming a negative active material layer 15 on the surface of a band-shaped negative current collector foil 14 is folded back two or more times in zigzag, one side end 11a of the negative sheet being connected to a negative terminal 16. A positive sheet 13 constructed by forming a positive active material layer 18 on the surface of a positive current collector foil 17 has an area corresponding to the area formed by folding the negative sheet, the positive sheet being interposed in the folded negative sheet via a polymer electrolyte layer and one side end 13a of the positive sheet being connected to a positive terminal 19. The polymer electrolyte layer comprises: a positive electrode side first electrolyte layer 12a formed on the surface of the positive sheet; a positive electrode side second electrolyte layer 12b continuously formed to the positive electrode side first electrolyte layer, on the other side end 13b of the positive sheet; and a positive electrode side third electrolyte layer 12c continuously formed to the positive electrode side second electrolyte layer, on the back face of the positive sheet.
