To provide a lithographic printing plate precursor and its laminate that suppress adhesion and rub scratches between the surface of the lithographic printing plate precursor and the backside of a support in an adjacent lithographic printing plate precursor when the plates are stacked without using inserting paper, that suppress polymerization inhibition in a polymerizable negative photosensitive layer, and that prevent fracture of the photosensitive layer.
The lithographic printing plate precursor has a polymerizable negative photosensitive layer and an oxygen blocking layer containing mica sequentially in this order on a support, and further has a protective layer containing fine particles containing an organic resin as the uppermost layer, wherein the hardness H1 of the fine particles containing the organic resin and the hardness H2 of the oxygen blocking layer containing mica satisfy the relation of H1H2.
